SWEET POTATO PORRIDGE MASH WITH SPICY BEEF CUBES - DISH 2- "5 SWEET POTATO DISHES"

This is my lazy version of sweet potato. It is literally the most straight forward meal anyone can make, and i am confident that if you muck up any of the processes, it will still taste good.
Lets get cooking because there's not much to discuss about this basic but tasty dish. I must warn you though, it is so easy, you might have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner...which is not the healthiest or the best..okay?

AYSUGGEST'S you have it
With beef cubes like i have done in my picture
With any of your favourite protein
On its own with any type of salad
With AY'SALSA (See previous post)

INGRIDIENTS (Serves 3)
For the beef
Beef cuts (about 12 pieces)
1 and half stock cubes
half a tea spoon of salt
Half bulb of onion
A cup of water
(Combine all the ingredients and boil the beef till it is nice and tender, you can do taste test after 20 minutes of boiling)

For the sweet potato Porridge mash
Beef stock (from your boiled beef)
3 large Sweet potato root tubers
Sweet corn( 2 handfuls or 1 can)
Garden Peas (2 handfuls or 1 can)

PROCESS
Peel your sweet potatoes and cut them into any size or shape you prefer, add the 1 and a half cup of the beef broth and boil the sweet potato for 25 minutes. Add your sweet corn and peas and slightly mash some of the potatoes to thicken the left over water. Steam the paste for a further 5 minutes and it is ready to be served.
Drizzle chili (if you are a chilli lover like me) over your boiled beef cuts and pan fry with a little olive oil or regular sunflower oil until it is a bit brown on both sides. Eat your beef with your served out mash like i have done below or Any of the AYSUGGESTS. Thank me later.
